Mindfulness practitioner, registered nurse, holistic health expert, breath work and cold water therapy facilitator. I have created this empowerment programme to bring calm, peace and joy to overwhelmed leaders with big dreams.
I have gone from being a burnt out working mum suffering with my mental health and an autoimmune disorder to manifesting balance, good health, happiness and success. The wealth of knowledge and practices that I have collected along this journey is what I have drawn on to create this programme.

Anchor to your breath
This is where we understand how to connect to your breath, ground yourself, to feel centred and anchored, techniques to manage the overwhelm, flight or fight. Nervous system regulation. self awareness and energy management.

Energy and emotion
Emotional intelligence and stability comes when we recognise and become more self aware of how we are feeling. Understanding more about our emotions, hormones and energy levels. Energy healing and negative energy release practices.

Rumination and boundary setting
Ruminating when our worlds and minds are so busy, that it just becomes hard to slow down and we feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed. This then has an impact on your health, vitality and happiness. Yes there are obstacles, hurdles and challenges throughout life, uncomfortable conversations, not setting clear, strong boundaries, sometimes it's not about pushing through the problem but exploring and understanding them more. Therefore building and nurturing our inner strength and resilience to stress through restful practices; Identifying our stressors, distractions, escapism.

Reframing mindset with kindness and compassion
What is holding you back, what is stopping you from progressing further, limiting beliefs, self sabotage, unresolved child hood trauma, triggers, feelings of self blame, self doubt, self destruction, sometimes in order to succeed in the future we need to look at our past, previous behaviour patterns, habit formation, within this module we look at reframing mindset, kinder inner self talk, gratitude, facing our fears head on.

This module we look at what it means to live an aligned and authentic life for you. Prioristising your needs, in work, in family life, in relationships.
Positive psychology, nurturing and rebuilding the connection of your mind and body, rebuilding the trust, and understanding and accepting of who we are and how we got to where we are. embrace everything unique that makes you Authentically you.

Learn to integrate restful practices into your day, devising a plan that prioritises fun and vitality. By embracing rest and rejuvenation, you'll find that your energy becomes the fuel that propels your business forward, enhancing your clarity, confidence and self awareness.
Identifying activities that bring you genuine joy and fulfilment, prioritising nourishing activities in your daily life that fuel your energy and enthusiasm.
